WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY COLOR SERVICE?

Every color service begins with a thorough consultation to determine your next best steps. The base price of color includes all products necessary, a glazing service (you may have heard this called a toner), a signature shampoo experience with head/neck massage, blow dry and styling lesson.

WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU USE & CARRY?

I use Redken and Pulp Riot color.  I use ElevenAustralia & Leaf + Flower for shampoo, conditioner, and styling. I also use Olaplex for treatments and styling. 

YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT IS 3-4 WEEKS OUT! WHAT DO I DO?

I totally get it. It can be frustrating to wait but I promise you this: My schedule is designed to create the ultimate client experience and it is worth the wait! You can sign up for my wait list and be notified of openings by heading here.

I AM NOT SEEING THE SERVICE I WANT ON YOUR MENU. WHAT DO I DO?

Feel free to reach out to me using my contact form to see if I can accommodate your request. I am currently only accepting new clients who are interested in extension services. I appreciate your understanding.

DO YOU HAVE A REFERRAL/REWARDS PROGRAM?

I do! I give every guest a punch card that is kept in the salon. I offer a points based program that you can cash your points in towards money off your services!

Policies

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Your appointments are very important and I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.  Since the services are requested for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. My other guests and my time is valuable to me. 

Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a $25 per service cancellation fee applies and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.
